As an Analyst/Senior Analyst in Regional Business Finance (Banking), you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from financial forecasting and budgeting to financial analysis and reporting. You'll use industry-standard tools like SAP, Excel, and Power BI to manage and analyze financial data, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts using SAP and Excel
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders
• Monitor and manage financial performance against budget and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and analysis
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis
• Provide financial support to the business teams, including revenue recognition, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
