As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of the branch. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations of the branch,Lead and motivate the team to achieve branch targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products,Conduct regular staff training and development programs,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the head office

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing or retail industry,Proven track record of successful branch management,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other business software,Fluent in Indonesian and English
