Business Development Manager - Restaurant & Cafe Expansion (Bali)

Durich Holding Company is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our Duree Store brand across Bali’s most vibrant locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the growth of our restaurant and café outlets. In this role, you will work closely with local stakeholders, industry experts, and our in-house team to ensure that each new location is a resounding success. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry to create tailored expansion strategies that align with the unique cultural and culinary landscape of Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans for the expansion of Duree Store restaurants and cafes in Bali.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including real estate developers, local governments, and community leaders.
• Negotiate and finalize leases, partnerships, and agreements with key stakeholders.
• Oversee the opening and launch of new Duree Store locations, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and service.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of new locations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the restaurant and café industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in the restaurant and café industry.
• Proven track record of successfully expanding and managing restaurant and café outlets.
• Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and cultural nuances in Bali.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
