📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage cash and electronic payments, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Process sales and maintain accurate financial records using POS systems like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and resolving any issues.
• Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory process for customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the store manager of any stock shortages.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Work efficiently and accurately, even during peak hours.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or cashier role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
