Star Urban Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Deputy Security to join our team in Maros. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and deter unauthorized access and security breaches.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address potential security risks.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other security threats.,Maintain and update security records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide security support during emergencies and crisis situations, including coordinating with emergency services.,Train and supervise security personnel to ensure adherence to security protocols and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security measures and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and visitors.,Valid security clearance and certification, if required.,Familiarity with security technology and equipment, such as CCTV systems and access control systems.,Ability to handle and manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
