📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and events.,Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
