📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR team in managing HR metrics and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
