🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in risk management, operational excellence, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Professional certification in risk management (e.g., CISM, CRISC, or CERA) is a plus
