📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job fairs, campus recruitment, and other recruitment activities to attract and hire top talent.,Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and professional networks.,Assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to determine their suitability for the role.,Conducting interviews and reference checks to gather more information about candidates' backgrounds and experiences.,Preparing and presenting recruitment reports to management, outlining the progress of recruitment efforts and the quality of hires.,Maintaining a strong understanding of the company's culture, values, and hiring needs to ensure that we attract and hire the best candidates.,Collaborating with department heads and managers to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using various recruitment software and tools, such as ATS, CRM, and social media platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
