In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in the Mojokerto region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying, contacting, and converting potential customers.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the property or real estate industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
