📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide individual and group counseling to at-risk youth.,Develop and implement case management plans for clients.,Collaborate with community partners to enhance outreach and support services.,Educate and advocate for the rights and needs of at-risk youth.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services.,Maintain accurate and confidential client records.,Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.,Promote a safe and inclusive work environment for all staff and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related field.,Strong knowledge of social work principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid certification or license as a Social Worker (preferred).,Experience working with at-risk youth is a plus.
