📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and operational standards.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes to prevent stockouts.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.
