📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement of goods and services
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Participate in procurement strategy meetings and initiatives

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
