📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the development and launch of new crypto trading products, ensuring they meet market needs and technical standards.
Coordinate with developers, designers, and marketers to align on project goals and timelines.
Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of company funds.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the crypto space.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction of the company.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in software development.
Represent Moonbot at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with key players.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech or crypto industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi).
Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Familiarity with crypto trading platforms and tools like MetaTrader, TradingView, or Binance.
Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
