QUILL Pratama is seeking a dedicated Deputy Cashier to join our team in Sleman. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the cashier in managing daily transactions, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in handling daily transactions accurately and efficiently.,Ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly and promptly.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and phone customers.,Manage cash and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses.,Assist in training new staff members on cash handling procedures.,Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports as required.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
