📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead tutor in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.,Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.,Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.,Assist with the preparation and grading of assignments and exams.,Support the lead tutor in managing classroom logistics and resources.,Participate in professional development activities and staff meetings.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new tutors.,Contribute to the overall success of the educational program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience preferred.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
