In this role, you will visit clients' homes and businesses to collect overdue payments, negotiate settlements, and provide personalized solutions to help clients manage their financial obligations. You will use our proprietary collection software to track and manage your cases, ensuring that every interaction is recorded and followed up on. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, as you will be dealing with clients who may be stressed or upset about their financial situation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate settlements.
• Use collection software to track and manage cases, ensuring all interactions are recorded.
• Provide personalized solutions to help clients manage their financial obligations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and cooperation.
• Monitor and report on collection progress to the team and management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve collection techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a field collection or customer service role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with collection software such as Salesforce or similar systems.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in financial services or customer service a plus.
