CIRCUIT Group is seeking a dedicated Finance Admin to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all financial transactions accurately and promptly.,Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciling accounts.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
