This is an immediate opening for a talented professional who can manage and coordinate our fleet operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our mining activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to resolve any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate regular reports.,Participate in safety drills and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with mining operations and safety protocols is a plus.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
