📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in training and development programs.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Good understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies.
