📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s vision and business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to design and implement performance management systems.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that drives engagement and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
