Bright Sky Abadi is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job descriptions, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusion.,Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a HR role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and able to work in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah.
