📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment support.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Participate in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
