Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.,Develop and maintain a strong client database and relationship management system.,Set and achieve monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Present properties to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.,Negotiate deals and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties and generate leads.,Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with the local market and real estate trends in Bali.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
