📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Lead and mentor the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
