📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and commercial matters
• Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
• Support the company's strategic growth by identifying and mitigating legal risks
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed recommendations
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations
• Maintain and update the company's legal database and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international corporate and commercial law
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
