📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction,Maintain and clean guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards,Handle front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures,Assist with event planning and coordination,Perform other duties as assigned by the management,Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests,Work as part of a team to achieve hotel goals and objectives,Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in hospitality or related fields is a plus,Fluent in English and Indonesian,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a team and under pressure,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations,Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods,Knowledge of basic computer skills is a plus
