Develop and implement media and external communications strategies to promote Macquarie Group's brand and products.,Manage media relations, including media outreach, pitching stories, and coordinating interviews.,Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.,Monitor media coverage and analyze media trends to inform our communications strategy.,Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that communications materials are accurate and timely.,Develop and manage social media strategies to engage with our target audiences.,Measure the effectiveness of our communications efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in media and external communications, with a focus on financial services or a related industry.,Strong understanding of media relations, media outreach, and media pitching.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages.,Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers.,Experience with social media management and digital communications strategies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure the effectiveness of communications efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
