📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
