Tanggung Jawab:

• Greet and welcome guests at the sports desk, providing a warm and friendly reception.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate and assist with sports-related activities and events, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized sports desk area, ensuring it is always welcoming and inviting.
• Assist with member services, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our valued members.
• Promote a positive and welcoming environment, ensuring all guests feel valued and appreciated.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and achieve our resort's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with sports and recreational activities is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali are required.
