In your daily tasks, you will work closely with our finance team, using tools like QuickBooks and SAP, to manage and analyze financial data.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports
• Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist in the preparation of vendor invoices and payments
• Assist in the preparation of payroll and employee benefits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Indonesian
