📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of feed production processes using tools like Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of feed production plans.
• Maintain and update production schedules, work orders, and other related documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that raw materials are available for production.
• Assist in the preparation of production reports and other relevant documents.
• Support the feed planner in the development and implementation of new feed formulas.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the feed planning department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or planning role, preferably in the feed or food industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles is a plus.
