• Develop and implement comprehensive operational planning strategies to optimize resource utilization and enhance efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of planners and analysts to ensure the successful execution of planning initiatives.
• Utilize advanced software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems to streamline planning processes and improve data accuracy.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of planning activities.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in operational planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to operational planning and control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational planning and control, with a proven track record in leading planning initiatives.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) or similar relevant certifications is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data-driven decision making.
