As a Business Mandarin Language Guru, you will daily translate and interpret business documents, facilitate meetings between Indonesian and Chinese clients, and provide language training to employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret business documents, contracts, and agreements between Indonesian and Chinese.
• Facilitate meetings and negotiations between Indonesian and Chinese clients, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Provide language training and support to employees, helping them improve their Mandarin language skills.
• Assist in the development of business strategies and marketing materials tailored to the Chinese market.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective communication with Chinese clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Chinese market and business environment.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships with Chinese business partners.
• Contribute to the company's overall growth and success by leveraging your language skills and cultural expertise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or expert level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Chinese Language and Literature, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in language teaching, translation, or interpretation.
• Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
